Some climbing and footwork required to negotiate the ropes and ladders. Tour lasts about 90 minutes.

From San Ignacio it's a scenic twenty five minute drive into the Vaca plateau area and then a 20 minute hike up the mountain side to the cave's entrance.

A fair level of physical fitness is required. Casual clothing and hiking boots are the norm.

Enjoy a cool, refreshing swim at Chechem Hah Falls, less then 5 minutes walking distance from the entrance.
